As practice shows, 95% of all questions that come to us from our customers are the same. In order to save a lot of time for you and our support team, we have collected them in one place. Let's respect each other before asking a support question - make sure that the information you are interested in is definitely not on this list of popular questions.

WHERE DO YOU TAKE ACCOUNTS FROM?

All accounts sold in our store are created exclusively by us. We go through training and collect daily login rewards. All heroes get to the account in an absolutely legal way - from shards.


CAN I TRUST YOUR STORE?

To answer this question, we have a whole section of the Guarantees, where you can familiarize with each item and draw conclusions for yourself.


WHAT IS THE ACCOUNT LINKED TO?

Account is not linked to Facebook, Apple GameCenter or Google Play. It linked only to Plarium ID, login and password from which you receive after payment. We don't create mail for the account in advance. For all important actions with your account you must register it by yourself. The mail has a unique set of characters as a login, which cannot be registered by accident. After purchase, you need to register this address, set security questions and confirm it in your Plarium account. Mail can be linked to a mobile phone.


WHAT’S THE PROGRESS ON YOUR ACCOUNTS?

Only the initial training has been completed on the aur accounts. Collected some rewards for the daily visit, of which only shards were spent to summon heroes.


WHAT’S THE ACCOUNT’S LEVEL?

Most of the accounts are level 2-3.


WHAT ELSE IS ON THE ACCOUNT?

Main pack of champions will be the same as displays on our website. Another pack of champions will be random.


CAN I GET A SCREENSHOT OF THE REQUIRED ACCOUNT?

Accounts are "grown" without human participation in an isolated environment on our servers. We have no technical ability to take graphic screenshots. More details about our methods of "growing" accounts can be found on the page Guarantees. We can easily provide a screenshot from the software interface of the farm, where the main balances and heroes of a rarity higher than Rare will be displayed.


CAN I PLAY ON ANDROID / iOS / COMPUTER?

RAID Shadow Legends is a multi-platform game. Accounts work on all platforms the game is available.


WHAT WILL I GET AFTER PAYMENT?

After choosing an account, you will receive a letter to the email address specified before payment. There will be a login (email address) and a password from the Plarium ID. It is important to fully follow the instructions What to do after purchase. You can change all the data by yourself.


HOW SOON DO I GET ACCESS TO ACCOUNT AFTER PAYMENT?

You will receive data from your Plarium account within a couple of minutes after payment. If for some reason (didn’t receive a message/the email address was mistaken) you did not receive access data, immediately contact Our support service.


HOW TO CHANGE THE EMAIL / PASSWORD FROM AN ACCOUNT?

CAN MY ACCOUNT BE BANNED OR RETURNED?

We give a 1 month warranty for all our accounts, and we also comply with all precautions, so that account blocking due to our fault will not happen in 99.9% of cases. You are the first owner of the account, there is simply no one to "return" it.

To make your account more secure, follow a couple of simple rules:
  • Try not to contact Plarium support for at least a couple of weeks of playing after purchasing an account.
  • Never tell Plarium support and in the in-game chats that "Account has been purchased".
  • Do not give your account email and password to anyone.
  • Do not log into several (3 or more) accounts from one device.
  • Do not violate Plarium's Terms & Conditions and game rules.
If one or more points of the rules are violated, unfortunately, our 1 month warranty from the date of purchase will be canceled.


CAN I EXCHANGE ACCOUNTS WITH YOU?

No, we only sell starter accounts. Also, we cannot be sure that the account is yours. Unfortunately, we cannot take unjustified risks, including exposing the customers of our store to this risk.


CAN I SELL MY ACCOUNT TO YOU?

No, for the same reasons as in the previous answer.


DO YOU HAVE ANY VACANCIES?
